We are a small home-based business in Montgomery, Texas that offers
homemade hand poured "one atta time" strongly scented candles
and hand blended fixinz. We hope to add other categories of primitive
homemade pickenz' on a regular basis so please consider signing up for

Shipping/Handling
Policy:
All
orders are normally shipped within 7 -10 days. However, larger orders
may take longer. We will either phone or e-mail you if we anticipate a
delay in your order. All items are sent Priority Mail including an
insurance fee. Delivery confirmation is required for orders over $50.00
for an additional fee. If insurance is not purchased, we regret that we
cannot be responsible for any lost or broken items.
Backorders:
Items
that are out of stock are not automatically put on backorder. You will
be notified immediately by email if the item you ordered is out of
stock, at which time you may decide if you would like to keep your order
open or not.

be used solely for the purpose of your order with us. The information
will not be sold or distributed in any way.
Return

Returns:
NO returns will be accepted without authorization. They must be reported
within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. The merchandise must be in the
original carton and packaged properly.
Damaged Products: Damages must be reported immediately
upon receipt of product. Customer must keep the origianl carton and
packing for inspection by USPS. A credit will then be determined.
Our Guarantee: We are a family owned and operated company
and our goal is to provide you with a quality product at a reasonable
price. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not
completely satisfied with all or part of your order, please contact us
immediately to arrange for credit or replacement.
